  • Teletrade Holding Group (THG) is an ISO 9001 certified Lebanese holding company with five autonomous subsidiaries, the oldest of which established in 1993, and each handling a specific portfolio of products and professional services, dedicated to a specific target market.
    The group operates within various industries, mainly Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Security, and is now considered to be amongst the industry leaders. THG has only reach this far so by adopting strict values of professionalism and keeping quality and
  • customer satisfaction at the core of its strategy. Its 150+ employees from different IT fields and business sectors are continuously trained to stay abreast the latest trends and keep customers at the edge of technological developments. The products and services that the group offers mainly include wide-ranging lineups of IT Hardware and Accessories, System Software Licenses, Telecommunication Systems, Security Systems, Office Equipment, Consumer Electronics, and ICT Professional Services. Furthermore, each subsidiary targets one of three market segments:
  • 1) Small & Medium Businesses (SMB) as in direct end users requiring hardware solutions and professional services with ongoing support and fast call to action response times.
    2) Household Consumers as in direct end users requiring the trendiest consumer electronics and IT products for personal use.
    3) Dealers and Resellers requiring aggressive dealer prices and support.
