Service Solutions

Teletrade Computer Systems offers three maintenance solutions options upon the purchase of any product solution
  • Contractual Maintenance

    Teletrade prepares tailored maintenance contracts based on careful site surveying performed by a Senior Account Manager, who pinpoints in coordination with the client any concern areas the latter might have. Some of the proposed options that can be included in any contract are:

    • Documentation
    • Assigned preferred engineer to customer
    • Certified engineer
    • Immediate temporary replacement for notebooks
    • Data recovery
    • Virus cleaning
    • Preventive maintenance (2 times/ year)
    • Remote service/ pre failure warning
    • Guaranteed response time
    • POS maintenance that can be extended to a 24 x 7 servicing


  • Call based technical support

    TCS offers to provide an on site technical service upon the customer call for a charge that is defined according to several parameters such as the client's location, the number of hours spent on site, and importance of the response speed etc. taking into consideration a fixed minimal fee for whatever the problem is. The company's out calls technical team is formed of 12 senior and junior technicians/engineers who are dispatched on a daily basis to solve all kinds of problems at the customer's premises.


  • Back to workshop support

    The least costing of Teletrade's services is the back to workshop service. Choosing this option leaves the responsibility upon the customer to carry in the defective item to TCS' workshop and check it out upon repair. The customer will pay a fee that is relative to the cost of repair in terms of labor hours, and cost of hardware if any.


  • Hot line support

    In addition to the fee based services, Teletrade Computer Systems offers a free of charge service through its call center officers. The company has established a "hot line" operated by four employees whose primary duty is to help customers through their technical problems over the phone. The hot line is available starting 8 am up till 6 pm and is handled by a staff that has been specifically trained to guide customers throughout a wide range of possible problems.
