Overview
Teletrade Computer Systems (TCS) was established in September 14th, 1993 with the intent of becoming a major provider in the Lebanese IT industry. With a budget of no more than $30,000, a staff of 3 employees, and a harshly competitive environment, the success story began. The corporate strategy mainly revolved around providing the best possible service hence differentiating from competition. In its first business decade, TCS made a huge step towards achieving its objectives and aggressively positioned itself among the key players in the corporate and small to medium business segments. Conversely, the early years of the second decade were characterized by major restructuring changes, which led to staggering improvements in sales and services. Throughout, The Company's success attracted many international IT vendors such as HP, Acer, Intel, and Microsoft with which, vital partnerships were established.
